ईश्वर की तलाश | Seeking the Divine

Aksar hum ishwar ko mandiron, teerthon ya bade-bade shashtron mein dhoondhte hain. Lekin kya sach mein wo wahin milte hain? Aaj ki meri is kavita mein maine yahi mehsoos kiya hai ki ishwar hamare bheetar aur hamare nek karmo mein base hote hain. Iss kavita ke dwara mera uddeshya kisi ki bhavnaon ko aahat karna nahi, balki bas apna nazriya saajha karna hai.
मंदिरों में न मिलेंगे,
न तीर्थों में मिलेंगे,
अगर हो तुम सच्चे,
तो भगवान तुम्हारी सच्चाई में दिखेंगे।
किसी कथा में न मिलेंगे,
न प्रवचनों में मिलेंगे,
अगर हो तुम अच्छे,
तो भगवान तुम्हारी अच्छाई में मिलेंगे।
गर दुखाया न किसी का दिल कभी,
तो ध्यान से ढूँढो—
भगवान तुम्हारे अंतर्मन की गहराई में मिलेंगे।
खिलाया हो किसी भूखे को भोजन अगर,
तो भगवान तुम्हें उसके दिए आशीष में मिलेंगे।
किया न पाप जान के कभी,
तो ध्यान से देखो,
भगवान तुम्हें पल-पल, कण-कण में दिखेंगे।
न गंगा नहाने से पाप धुलेंगे,
न प्रसाद पाने से पुण्य मिलेंगे,
गर है तुम में वह सद्भावना या दया,
तो भगवान खुद तुम्हारी हर सांस में मिलेंगे।
न माला फेरने से मिलेंगे, न घंटियां बजाने से सुनेंगे,
पुकारा जो तुमने सच्चे भाव से उन्हें,
तो भगवान हर कदम पर तुम्हारे साथ चलेंगे।
You won't find Him in temples,
Nor in places of pilgrimage.
If you are truthful,
You will see God in your own honesty.
You won't find Him in scriptures,
Nor in sermons or speeches.
If you are kind-hearted,
You will find God in your own goodness.
If you have never hurt another's heart,
Then look within with focus—
You will find God in the depths of your own soul.
If you have fed the hungry,
You will find God in the blessings they bestow upon you.
If you have never committed a sin knowingly,
Then look closely—
You will see God in every moment, in every atom of existence.
Bathing in the holy Ganges won't wash away sins,
Nor will offering prayers bring merit.
But if you hold compassion and kindness within,
God will reside in every breath you take.
He cannot be found by counting beads or ringing bells,
But if you call out to Him with a pure and sincere heart,
Then God will walk with you at every step of your journey.
Ye mere blog ki 25th post hai. Jab 25th March ko ise shuru kiya tha, tab socha nahi tha ki itni jaldi 25 posts poori kar loongi. Lekin ye aap sabka pyaar aur motivation hi hai, jo har hafte mujhe yahan kheench laata hai.
